Depending on the legal context, issuing building permissions can become a very

complex task. We undertake all necessary steps and actions, taking into account all

constraints imposed by different bodies (prefectures, municipalities etc) and any

additional authorisations required for other services. We also prepare all architectural

and structural plans and designs according to compliance with any restrictions,

standards and budgeting.

Arcode manages facilities regarding their operation, supervision, auditing, preventive

maintenance, failures and corrective work. Moreover, we are in a position to offer total

warranty contracts, covering the whole installation, to undertake refurbishment and

renovation works, offering from day one to all of our clients, regardless of their size,
